Information and specifications

Product specifications on this site are typical values for our standard grades. Natural materials vary between batches. The specification that applies to your order is the one stated on your quotation and batch sheet.

We update the site when specifications or availability change, but we do not guarantee that every page is current at the moment you read it.

Pricing

Prices shown are indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding price is created only when we issue a written quotation for a specific quantity, delivery location and date.

Freight, taxes and unloading charges may be additional and are stated on the quotation where applicable.

Orders and payment

No payment is taken through this website. Orders are confirmed directly with us by phone, WhatsApp or email, and payment terms are set out on the quotation.

We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery location is not serviceable, or the requested terms cannot be met.

Liability

Growing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including water quality, nutrition, climate and crop management. We are responsible for supplying material that meets the stated specification. We are not responsible for crop outcomes that follow from how the material is used.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridkot, Punjab.
