Delivery and returns

Delivery area

We deliver across Punjab. Next-day delivery applies across the Malwa belt — Kotkapura, Faridkot, Bathinda, Moga and Sri Muktsar Sahib — for orders confirmed before the daily cut-off. The rest of Punjab is typically two to three working days.

Collection from our premises in Gurdwara Bazar, Kotkapura is available during shop hours and is usually the cheapest option for small quantities.

Freight

Freight is quoted with the material, based on volume, distance and access. A site reachable by tractor trolley but not by truck will be quoted differently. Tell us about access restrictions before dispatch.

Unloading is the buyer's responsibility unless it is explicitly included in the quotation.

Inspection on delivery

Check the consignment before the vehicle leaves. Count the blocks or bags, and confirm the packaging is intact and dry.

If there is a shortage or visible damage, note it on the delivery challan and tell us the same day. A signed challan without a note is treated as acceptance of the quantity delivered.

Damaged or incorrect material

If material arrives damaged, contaminated or different from the specification on your quotation, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and the batch details. We will replace the affected material or credit it, at our option.

We do not accept claims for material that has been stored in the open, wetted, mixed with other inputs, or used after the issue was apparent.

Returns

Unopened, dry blocks and bags in original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery, subject to inspection and a restocking charge where freight has already been incurred.

Opened or hydrated cocopeat cannot be returned, because it can no longer be guaranteed free of contamination.

Bulk vermicompost ordered to a specification is non-returnable unless it fails the specification stated on the quotation.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charge. Once a vehicle has left, freight and any handling already incurred are payable.
